Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 16, 2026

At VoxHello, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Register for an account
  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Fill out a contact form
  • Make a purchase or subscription
  • Participate in surveys or promotions

This information may include:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing address and payment information
  • Company name and job title
  • Phone number

Automatically Collected Information

When you access our services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Operating system and device information
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Referring website addresses
  • Click patterns and feature usage

Google Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google Calendar account to VoxHello, we access your Google Calendar to check your availability and to create booking events on your behalf when an appointment is confirmed.

What We Access

  • Read access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly): We read your calendar to check whether time slots are available before confirming an appointment. This scope is required because the narrower freebusy endpoint does not return the event metadata needed to reliably avoid double-booking across multiple calendars a user may have connected.
  • Write access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events): We create calendar events to record confirmed appointments. We deliberately do not request the broader calendar scope because VoxHello never needs to modify or delete events created by anyone other than VoxHello itself.

Limited Use of Google User Data

VoxHello's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, data obtained from Google Calendar is used only to provide the appointment-booking features described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell or transfer it to third parties; we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models; and we do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How We Store Calendar Data

We do not store your calendar events on VoxHello's servers. When an appointment is confirmed, we create a booking record in our database containing only the appointment details (date, time, and contact information) — not the full contents of your calendar.

The OAuth refresh and access tokens that grant us access to your Google Calendar are stored encrypted at rest and used only to perform the actions described above. Tokens are deleted within 24 hours of you disconnecting Google Calendar from your VoxHello dashboard, and are otherwise retained only for the life of your active VoxHello account. Your calendar data is not shared with any third parties.

Disconnecting Google Calendar

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your VoxHello dashboard. When you disconnect, we immediately delete your OAuth token and no further access to your Google Calendar will occur. Existing appointment records created before disconnection are retained as business records.

You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions .

Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 Calendar Integration

If you connect your Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365 account to VoxHello, we access your Microsoft calendar to check your availability and to create booking events on your behalf when an appointment is confirmed.

What We Access

  • Calendar read and write (Calendars.ReadWrite): We read your calendar to check whether time slots are available before confirming an appointment, and we create calendar events to record confirmed appointments. We deliberately do not request the broader Calendars.ReadWrite.All scope, which would grant access to other users' calendars in your tenant.

How We Use Microsoft Data

Data obtained from Microsoft Graph is used only to provide the appointment-booking features described above. It is never used for advertising, sold or transferred to third parties, or used to train AI or machine-learning models.

How We Store Microsoft Calendar Data

We do not store your Outlook calendar events on VoxHello's servers. When an appointment is confirmed, we create a booking record in our database containing only the appointment details. OAuth refresh and access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are deleted within 24 hours of you disconnecting Outlook from your VoxHello dashboard.

Disconnecting Microsoft Outlook

You can disconnect Outlook at any time from your VoxHello dashboard. You can also revoke VoxHello's access directly from your Microsoft account at myaccount.microsoft.com .
